Our firm started to focus on personal injury work over 50 years ago. In 1966, John Bartlett, the managing director, won his first personal injury case involving a fatal accident in the street. Our personal injury practice continued to grow and in the mid 1980's we worked on behalf of the RAC. By this time we had around 40 lawyers specialising in personal injury.
